💥 16 Hours to Live. A Choice to Transcend. A Mission to Awaken. 💥

In 2012, I lay in a hospital bed, my body in total septic shock, my organs failing, my life slipping away. The doctors gave me just 16 hours to live. They wanted to amputate my hand and foot. They told me I wouldn’t survive.

But something deep within me refused to accept that as my truth. I chose to F.L.O.W.—to Feel Love Over Worry.

Thirty days later, I walked out of that hospital—no amputations, no home care, no resources, no family support. Just me, my faith, and an unwavering KNOWING that I had the power to defy every limit placed upon me.

Since 2010, I’ve lived with a non-responsive immune system, facing life-threatening conditions over and over again. An anterior heart attack left me with angina. I’ve been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, unstable kneecaps, fibromyalgia, full-body arthritis—you name it. I was once confined to leg braces, told that my body would keep breaking down.

🔥 And yet, here I stand. Without limitation. Without fear. Fully alive. Fully thriving. Because I chose to rewrite my reality. Because I chose to master my mind, my energy, and my F.L.O.W. state.
