Free F.L.O.W.© Challenge — Feel Love Over Worry

Begin the Free F.L.O.W.© Challenge

Practice choosing awareness, love and intentional action over automatic worry.

F.L.O.W.© means Feel Love Over Worry. It does not mean ignoring difficult emotions or pretending that everything is fine. It means learning to notice when fear is directing your thoughts and choices—and creating enough awareness to choose a more responsible response.

This free challenge gives you a practical introduction to the F.L.O.W.© method. Use it for seven days, one focused practice each day.

How to Use This Challenge

Set aside 10–20 minutes each day in a quiet space where you can be fully present with yourself.

  • Affirmations — Say them in the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes, speak each affirmation aloud and let the words land. This is not performance—it is a conversation with the truest part of you.
  • Reflection Questions — Be honest with yourself. Write your answers without editing or softening them. What is real for you right now is exactly what needs to be seen.
  • Be gentle along the way. This journey is not about judgment. You are not here to criticize yourself—you are here to observe. Watch your patterns with curiosity and compassion, the way you would watch a dear friend finding their way. No judgment. Just noticing. Just love.

The goal is not a perfect response. The goal is enough awareness to make a different choice.

Day 1 — Notice

Daily Action: Identify one situation you have been avoiding, controlling or overthinking.

Today’s Affirmations

  • “I am safe enough to see myself clearly.”
  • “Awareness is the first act of self-love.”
  • “I choose to observe without judgment today.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • Where is worry currently making decisions for me without my conscious permission?
  • What am I afraid will happen if I stop managing or avoiding this situation?
  • What would I do differently today if I were not operating from fear?

Day 2 — Name the Pattern

Daily Action: Complete the sentence: “If I do not protect myself through this pattern, I fear that…”

Today’s Affirmations

  • “I am bigger than any pattern I have inherited.”
  • “Naming my patterns gives me power over them.”
  • “I release what no longer serves my highest self.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • What belief is underneath this reaction—and where did I first learn it?
  • How has this pattern protected me in the past, and what is it costing me now?
  • If this pattern belonged to someone I loved, what would I gently say to them?

Day 3 — Separate Fact from Fear

Daily Action: Make two columns: verified facts and fear-based predictions.

Today’s Affirmations

  • “I trust myself to handle what is actually real.”
  • “Facts ground me. Fear does not define me.”
  • “I choose clarity over the story my fear tells.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • What do I know for certain, and what am I assuming or predicting?
  • How many times has my worst-case prediction actually come true?
  • What becomes possible when I respond to facts instead of fear?

Day 4 — Reclaim Responsibility

Daily Action: Name one decision, conversation or boundary within your control.

Today’s Affirmations

  • “I am responsible for my choices, not everyone else’s.”
  • “Taking ownership of my life is an act of self-respect.”
  • “I release what I cannot control and claim what I can.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • What part of this situation is genuinely mine to own and act on?
  • Where have I been waiting for someone else to change so I could feel better?
  • What one honest action would restore my sense of personal power today?

Day 5 — Choose Your Value

Daily Action: Choose one value—honesty, courage, compassion, discipline, respect or responsibility—and define the action that expresses it.

Today’s Affirmations

  • “My values are my compass. I trust them to guide me.”
  • “I am worthy of living in alignment with who I truly am.”
  • “Every value-based choice strengthens my self-trust.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • Who do I want to be in this situation—and am I currently being that person?
  • What value have I been compromising, and what has that cost me?
  • What would my highest self choose to do right now, regardless of how I feel?

Day 6 — Take the Action

Daily Action: Complete your smallest honest step before the end of the day.

Today’s Affirmations

  • “I do not need to feel ready. I need to begin.”
  • “Small honest actions create lasting transformation.”
  • “Every step I take in love moves me further from fear.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • What is the smallest honest step I can take today—and what has been stopping me?
  • How will I feel at the end of today if I take this action versus if I avoid it?
  • What story have I been telling myself to justify staying stuck, and is it true?

Day 7 — Integrate

Daily Action: Write the F.L.O.W.© response you want to practice the next time this pattern appears.

Today’s Affirmations

  • “I am not who I was seven days ago. I have grown.”
  • “F.L.O.W.© is not a destination—it is a daily practice I choose.”
  • “I Feel Love Over Worry and I lead my life from that place.”

Deep Reflection Questions

  • What changed inside me when I stopped allowing worry to make the decision?
  • Which of the seven days created the most powerful shift—and why?
  • What is the one commitment I am making to myself as I move forward from today?
