Free Self-Mastery Assessment + 7-Day F.L.O.W. Starter Guide

Where Are You on Your Self-Mastery Journey?

Free Self-Mastery Assessment + 7-Day F.L.O.W. Starter Guide

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. This free starting point is designed to help you observe yourself more accurately, identify what may be operating automatically, and practise one conscious choice at a time.

Step 1 — Take Your Free Self-Mastery Assessment

Rate each statement from 1 to 5: 1 = rarely true for me right now; 5 = consistently true for me right now.

  1. I notice emotions before reacting. 1 2 3 4 5
  2. I can separate facts from fear-based interpretation. 1 2 3 4 5
  3. I take responsibility for what is mine without taking responsibility for everything. 1 2 3 4 5
  4. I act from my values when it is uncomfortable. 1 2 3 4 5
  5. I follow through on promises to myself. 1 2 3 4 5

Add your five ratings. Total: ____ / 25

Understand Your Starting Point

5–10 — SEE IT: Awareness. Your starting focus is noticing emotions, assumptions and repeating patterns before trying to change everything.

11–15 — OWN IT: Accountability. You are beginning to see what is happening. Focus on separating what is yours to influence from what is not and identifying the choices available to you.

16–20 — PRACTISE IT: Self-Leadership. You have meaningful awareness. Your work is turning what you know into boundaries, values-based decisions, follow-through and repeatable behaviour.

21–25 — PROVE IT & LIVE IT: Self-Trust and Self-Mastery. You report a stronger foundation of conscious response. Your work is consistency: continue creating behavioural evidence, correct when you drift and keep developing Self-Mastery.

This is a self-reflection snapshot, not a diagnosis, grade or judgment. A higher score does not mean you are “finished.” Your most useful comparison is your own starting point versus your Day-7 reassessment and the behavioural evidence you create.

Step 2 — Begin the 7-Day F.L.O.W. Starter Experience

F.L.O.W. means Feel Love Over Worry. This does not mean denying fear, grief, anger, uncertainty or real risks. It means creating enough awareness to respond through values, boundaries and responsibility instead of automatically handing your authority to fear.

During the seven days you will practise:

  • Day 1 — Notice: awareness before reaction.
  • Day 2 — Name the Pattern: identify the trigger, story, emotion, behaviour, payoff and cost.
  • Day 3 — Separate Fact From Fear: distinguish verified information from prediction and assumption.
  • Day 4 — Reclaim Responsibility: identify what is yours to influence and take a responsible action.
  • Day 5 — Choose Your Value: make one visible choice that reflects what you say matters.
  • Day 6 — Take the Action: turn insight into behavioural evidence.
  • Day 7 — Integrate and Continue: reassess, identify what changed and choose what you will continue.

Step 3 — Reassess on Day 7

Repeat the same five ratings. Record your Day-1 score, Day-7 score and—more importantly—the evidence behind the numbers.

  • What did I notice sooner?
  • What automatic pattern did I interrupt?
  • What boundary, conversation or responsible action did I complete?
  • Where did I act from a chosen value despite discomfort?
  • What promise to myself did I follow through on?

Your Next Step

If these seven days help you see your patterns more clearly and you are ready for a structured continuation, your foundation is 17 Weeks to Self-Mastery. The Starter Guide gives you a beginning practice; the 17-week program gives you a longer framework for awareness, beliefs, emotional patterns, conscious choice, self-leadership and follow-through.

You do not need to be “fixed” before you continue. You need to be willing to observe, practise and take responsibility for your next choice.
