This policy explains what applies when you purchase Tobi Staples books through Lulu or a Self-Mastery digital program through PayPal. No Shopify products or Shopify checkout are used on this website.
What is the refund policy for Self-Mastery programs?
Self-Mastery programs are complete digital products purchased through their dedicated PayPal payment links. After successful payment, PayPal redirects you immediately to the private Customer Access folder for the program purchased.
Because the complete digital materials are delivered immediately, all program purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Completing payment confirms acceptance of this immediate-delivery and no-refund policy.
What if the PayPal redirect does not open?
Email tobistaples1@gmail.com with the purchaser’s name, payment date and program purchased. Access can be verified without publishing or sharing private Customer Access links on the website.
What is the return policy for books?
Books are purchased directly from Lulu and are printed, paid for and fulfilled by Lulu. Any cancellation, replacement, damaged-order or return request is governed by Lulu’s current policies and must be handled through Lulu.
