This website uses two direct fulfillment paths: Lulu fulfills printed books, and PayPal redirects successful program purchases to immediate private digital access. Shopify checkout is not used.
How are Tobi Staples books shipped?
Every book button on this website opens the book’s Lulu product page or Tobi Staples’ Lulu spotlight. Lulu processes payment, prints the book and manages shipping, tracking, replacements and delivery support.

How are Self-Mastery programs delivered?
Programs are self-paced digital products purchased through dedicated PayPal links. After successful payment, PayPal redirects the customer immediately to the private Customer Access folder for the program purchased. Nothing is physically shipped.
Program delivery path: choose a program → pay securely through PayPal → receive immediate private digital access.
What should I do if digital access does not open?
Email tobistaples1@gmail.com with the purchaser’s name, payment date and program purchased so payment and access can be verified.
Who handles a delayed or damaged book order?
Because book orders are placed directly with Lulu, contact Lulu using the order information provided in your confirmation email. Tobi Staples does not control Lulu’s printing, carrier schedules or delivery decisions.
