Books and Workbooks Purchased on Lulu

Book buttons on this site direct you to Lulu.com. Lulu receives the payment, prints each book on demand and ships it to the address entered during Lulu checkout. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed by Lulu before purchase.

Questions about payment, printing, shipment, tracking or delivery for a Lulu purchase should be directed to Lulu using the order number in the Lulu confirmation email.

Physical Practice Tools Purchased Through Shopify

Physical meditation and practice tools are fulfilled and shipped directly by their supplier. Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout when Shopify checkout is active. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately.

Customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Programs and Consultations

Programs and consultations do not require physical shipping. Programs are arranged with Tobi after a conversation and are not purchased through the public storefront. Access, scheduling, payment and delivery details are provided before enrollment.

Address Accuracy, Delays and Delivery Issues

Please verify the delivery name and address before ordering. Once a print-on-demand or supplier order enters production or shipment, address changes or cancellation may not be possible. Carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control.
